Back to the Future follows Marty McFly who accidentally travels back in time from 1985 to 1955 using a time machine built by Doc Brown out of a DeLorean car. In 1955, Marty meets his teenage parents & unintentionally disrupts their first meeting, threatening his own existence. To fix the timeline, Marty must ensure his parents fall in love. He enlists the help of the younger Doc Brown to find a way to send him back to 1985. Meanwhile, Marty deals with Biff, the local bully, & tries to navigate life in the 1950s.
Back to the Future Part II continues with Marty, Jennifer (Marty’s girlfriend, played by Elisabeth Shue) & Doc Brown time traveling from 1985 to 2015 to stop the possible disaster of Marty's future family.
