ZZ Top is a rock band that formed in 1969 with Billy Gibbons (vocals & guitar), Dusty Hill (bass & vocals, until his passing in 2021) & Frank Beard (drums). After Dusty Hill’s death in 2021, the band continued performing with Elwood Francis, Hill’s long-time tech, as his chosen replacement. ZZ Top became famous for their blues & hard rock style with distinctive looks of long beards, sunglasses, hats. They released 15 studio albums & sold around 50 million records worldwide. They had multiple hit songs like La Grange, Tush, Gimme All Your Lovin, Sharp Dressed Man & Legs. In 2004 the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
